• Based in London, set out as a structural engineer on the Channel Tunnel Rail Link design and construction, and Jubilee Line extension to Stratford in East London.
• Joined WS Atkins as a chartered engineer in 1997, to manage a key oil and gas services contract for Amoco UK and US.
• Won and managed consultancy and asset integrity framework contracts for global clients BP, Amoco, Repsol and ad-hoc projects e.g. The Carbon Trust.
• Led Atkins Oil & Gas’ early move into Round 1 offshore renewables with key wins with Dong Energy in the UK from 2006.
• Extensive international experience in integration and restructuring of Atkins operations in Norway, Denmark, and Australia, and delivering technical services to Petronas in Kuala Lumpur and BP in Azerbaijan.
• Regional Manager for SNC-Lavalin from 2017 for the UK Oil & Gas operation with c.300 staff in eight locations.
• Fellow of Institution of Civil Engineers and statutory director for the Kent’s UK entity
