She has led the delivery of large, complex scopes of work for key clients operating in the North Sea, delivering tailored solutions to mitigate risks and enhance asset resilience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In recent years, Chinwe\u2019s international experience has included a secondment to Perth, Australia, where she supported the integrity management of caissons.
